1). Marshland
Marshland is a 2014 Spanish thriller film directed by Alberto Rodríguez.
The detectives start the investigation with meeting the parents.Soon enough, both the missing girls are found dead and dumped in the local marsh, having been raped and tortured to death.
They proceed their invitation with a burnt film reel depicting the girls naked and in bed with a man whose face is obscured by a flash, given by the mother of the dead sisters.
with no leads, the detectives spy on the former boyfriend of one of the Girls,now dating another town girl. And they agree that he must be part of whatever is occurring and the problem proves to be even bigger after hear from a drunk man about a similar case: his girlfriend was close to the same guy and the sisters, and was found dismembered in the marshes and her suitcase floating there.
Pedro and Juan continue to investigate, gradually unraveling secrets.
As we discussed about 'Memmories of murder- the Korean movie',this movie also goes in a same phase. The investigation pattern is interesting,the plot is classic, and the incidence happening are really thrilling.Apart from all of this there are some factors that makes you mysterious during the investigation of the crime, even after the case is closed,at the end of the movie they leads us to several mysterious thoughts.
In anyway "Marshland" is must watch classic collection movie from Spanish movies for those who love to explore international movies. And especially those who love investigative trillers.
This movie has won many appreciation and awards.it includes the ten Goya Awards in 29th Goya award, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best Actor,Best supporting actor and actress,Best new actress,Best cenematographye,Best special effects,Best editing etc. and Best European film in the 28th European film awards.
